We employ a careful due diligence process along with a set of criteria for the properties in any given market and we ensure that our selections meet these.

How it works?

We leverage experience, technology and vision to implement a seamless, transparent and efficient process at hand both on the entry during acquisitions and the exit when it comes to disposition of properties.

For the most part our acquisitions are “off-market” which enable us to step into the deal at attractive bases often at discount to replacement cost. We then take hands-on management of the property in order to implement the changes necessary to turn the property around and execute on the business plan which includes in many cases repositioning and capital improvements.
